Where
Pons Advisory is based in Munich, Germany, with a second hub in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
Mallorca native José Pons began his professional journey in Germany in 1984 and has called Munich home since 2014. Bringing decades of cross-cultural expertise to his practice, he now channels this rich experience into Pons Advisory, expertly guiding leaders across transitions from his dual bases in Bavaria and the Balearics.
Palma de Mallorca is a strategic second base with a high concentration of international wealth, a strong culture of discretion, and many individuals and families in phases of transition. It offers distance from noise while remaining closely connected to Europe.
